- Purpose of Access: 360 Proposal Ltd. reserves the right to access client accounts strictly for resolving login issues, assisting with proposal template configurations, and facilitating continued development and improvement of the software. - Our web server is located in the United Kingdom and is not shared hosting.
- For fast loading times of the proposals to enhance the user experience, we use a CDN (Content Delivery Network) to off load our media (media being video, photography and PDF files) to servers solely based within the EU.
- We do not use any server facilities outside of the EU for any part of the software/business.

- Media Hosting: All videos, photographs, and PDF documents utilised within our platform are self-hosted on our secure servers. We do not use third-party hosting services such as Vimeo or YouTube, ensuring that your data remains fully under our control and is not accessible to any external entities.
